RENTAL REGULATIONS

The lessee assumes full responsibility for the object hired and declares to have found its good state of maintenance and perfect functioning.
In the event of total or partial breakage or theft of the material, the lessee will be charged the value of the item hired for rent at the current market price.
In the event of theft, the lessee undertakes to file a regular complaint with the competent law enforcement agencies and to deliver a copy to the lessor.
In case of inadequate treatment of the rented material the repair will be charged to the lessee according to the repair list in force.
The lessee expressly consents to the use of his personal data as indicated in articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
